  • 1995Arrangement to establish a joint venture

    An agreement was reached between the open joint stock company "Kyrgyzneftegaz" and the limited liability company "PetroKyrgyzstan" (Jersey) to establish a joint venture CJSC "Kyrgyz Petroleum Company".

  • 6.10.1996Grand opening

    The construction of an oil refinery in the city of Jalal-Abad began in January 1996 and was completed on time - in September 1996. The refinery of CJSC KPC was solemnly opened on October 6, 1996.

  • 1998-2001Technical improvements

    New technical improvements at the refinery were carried out in 1998-2001 to increase the octane rating of the gasoline produced.
